Courses, Classes and Clubs for Parents

This is a prenatal fitness class designed for mams from 13 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to 9 months. You will focus of the pelvic floor, strengthening you so you can deal with labour and learn to relx so you can implement calm on the big day.  £51 for a six week block.

Get fit with your baby! The classes are a programme which strengthens, rehabilitates, and encourages a healthier lifestyle. Our mission is to provide postnatal mothers a bespoke class where each individual feels as if they are have a 1.2.1.  Come with your baby, whether they are newborn or toddling, or on your own.  £51 for six weeks.

This course is specifically designed for those in contact with children.  It's a half day course that includes accident procedure, treatment of an unconscious baby or child, resuscitation of babies & children, choking, bleeding and asthma.  You can book by emailing Starboard First Aid below and let them know that you saw this on Kids in Brighton please. 

Tuesdays 7.15-9.45pm. Classes with Lisa Cory – a new four week course beginning every month (£225 per couple including CD, info pack and 24/7 individual support over the birthing period)

Community support group for new parents, Bumps and Babies! Every Wednesday from 1pm – 3pm, starting October 2.  All new and expectant parents welcome (not just NCT members).
